Having been in the food industry for the last 15 years, I have also been in the center of the food industry. I really enjoy eating and have always appreciated a restaurant that can put forth a good dish. After getting out of the restaurant business, I thought I would try to fill an niche in food business that was sorely missing. I am so sick of reviews on the food pages of major magazines and newspaper. Over and over again, I am let down by hard to read, biased, and over complex reviews that I see time and time again.
